Many guests who stay at Faith House 2 comment about the wonderful “family atmosphere” and the support it provides.

Faith House 2 is a two-story residential house with six private bedroom/bath units located on the second floor. Each bedroom unit is furnished with two extra-long twin beds, television with cable, wireless internet, and bed and bath linens. All rooms are furnished with two chairs for seating; one of the chairs is a recliner. Free laundry facilities are located on the second floor. Guests may access the second floor by a stairway or an elevator.

The spacious downstairs area is shared by all guests. The downstairs space includes a large kitchen, dining room, den/TV room, and a quiet parlor. The kitchen is equipped with two stoves, two refrigerator/freezers, two microwaves, and six individual pantries for food storage.  There is a computer with wireless connection in the parlor. The house has two large outdoor porches, one is completely screened.

Each guest must provide food and other supplies for their daily needs.

The maximum occupancy for each room is three (3) persons. Children who visit/stay at Faith House 2 must be age ten (10) or older.

Faith House 2 (private bedroom/bathroom, shared common areas):  Daily User Fee:  $10

  • Deposit required at Check-in:  $180 which includes:
  • Initial Fee:  $80 ($10/day x 8 day minimum stay – nonrefundable)
  • Room Deposit:  $100
  • Payment must be made by cash or check. No credit cards are accepted.

Requirements
Each patient must have an adult caregiver who stays with them for the duration of their stay at Faith House.  The adult caregiver is expected to assist with the patient’s living and health needs while the patient stays at Faith House. 

Daily User Fees are payable weekly in advance. Receipts are provided for tax purposes. The $100 room deposit is returned after the guest has checked out, the room has been inventoried by a volunteer, and all keys are returned. Any fees that are prepaid but unused is returned to the guest when the room deposit is returned.
