Faith House 1 includes two apartments. Each apartment has two bedrooms plus a living room, dining area, kitchen, and handicap-accessible bathroom. Bedrooms are furnished with extra-long twin beds. The kitchens are fully furnished with kitchen appliances, cookware, utensils, and dishes. Bed and bath linens, television with cable, wireless internet, washing machine and dryer are also provided.
Each guest must provide food and other supplies for their daily needs.
The maximum occupancy for each apartment is four (4) persons. Children of any age may reside in the Faith House 1 apartments.
Faith House 1 (two-bedroom apartment): Daily Rate: $15
- Deposit required at Check-in: $220 which includes
- Initial Rent: $120 ($15/day x 8 day minimum stay – nonrefundable)
- Room Deposit: $100
- Payment must be made by cash or check. No credit cards are accepted.
Requirements
Each patient must have an adult caregiver who resides with them for the duration of their stay at Faith House. The adult caregiver is expected to assist with the patient’s living and health needs while the patient resides at Faith House.
Rent is payable weekly in advance. Receipts are provided for tax purposes. The $100 room deposit is returned after the resident has checked out, the room has been inventoried by a volunteer, and all keys are returned. Any rent that is prepaid but unused is returned to the resident when the room deposit is returned.
