Cost

Rates effective January 1, 2022

Faith House 1 (two-bedroom apartment):  Daily Use Fee:  $20

Deposit required at Check-in:  $260 which includes

  • Initial Daily Use Fee:  $160 ($20/day x 8 day minimum stay – nonrefundable)
  • Room Deposit:  $100
  • Payment must be made by cash or check. No credit cards are accepted.

Faith House 2 (private bedroom/bathroom, shared common areas):  Daily Use Fee:  $10

Deposit required at Check-in:  $180 which includes

  • Initial Daily Use Fee:  $80 ($10/day x 8 day minimum stay – nonrefundable)
  • Room Deposit:  $100
  • Payment must be made by cash or check. No credit cards are accepted.

Rent is payable weekly in advance. Receipts are provided for tax purposes.  The $100 room deposit is returned after the guest has checked out and the room has been inventoried by a volunteer.  Any fees that are prepaid but unused is returned to the guest when the room deposit is returned.

Requirements
Each patient must have an adult caregiver who stays with them for the duration of their stay at Faith House.  The adult caregiver is expected to assist with the patient’s living and health needs while the patient stays at Faith House.  Faith House also requires an eight day minimum stay.  The maximum stay is limited to 90 days.
